By using our international cargo services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before booking your shipment.
Shipments may contain homemade or commercially purchased goods, including food items, ghee, oil, flour, utensils, clothing, and similar household items. Seeds, meat and meat-based products, and perishable food are strictly prohibited.
All shipments are accepted on a prepaid basis only. Full payment must be made in cash prior to shipment processing.
Rates quoted in Nepalese Rupees (NPR) will be calculated according to the prevailing exchange rate published by Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) at the time of shipment.
All quoted rates exclude 13% Value Added Tax (VAT) unless otherwise stated.
Transit times provided are estimates only and may vary due to airline operational delays, customs clearance procedures, security inspections, or other circumstances beyond our control. Reliable Cargo shall not be held liable for such delays.
All shipments are transported on a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. The shipper and/or consignee is responsible for all applicable duties, taxes, fines, penalties, and regulatory charges imposed by the destination country.
The shipper is responsible for ensuring shipments are properly packed for international transport, all required export documentation is provided, and contents comply with airline and customs regulations. Reliable Cargo reserves the right to refuse any shipment that does not comply with regulatory requirements.
Shipments containing restricted, illegal, or prohibited items such as drugs or firearms according to airline or customs regulations will not be accepted for transport.
Shippers are strongly advised to arrange insurance coverage for all shipments. In the absence of insurance, Reliable Cargo’s liability for loss or damage is limited to USD 100 per shipment.
Maximum allowable weight per box:
Australia / Canada / New Zealand: 20 kg
United States: 22 kg
Europe: 24 kg
United Kingdom: 29 kg
Dimensional weight will be calculated using the formula: Length (cm) × Width (cm) × Height (cm) ÷ 5000. The greater of actual weight or dimensional weight will be used for billing.
Maximum allowable size per package: L + (2 × W) + (2 × H) ≤ 300 cm
The following charges may apply where applicable: TIA handling charges, Nepal customs clearance fees, packing and documentation charges, food and medicine inspection charges, remote area pickup or delivery surcharge, incorrect or incomplete address surcharge.
Reliable Cargo reserves the right to modify, amend, or discontinue these rates, services, or terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
